A service provider in the car industry who provides a no-nonsense, authoritative and totally honest approach in dealing with a customer,  in my wide and long experience, is a very rare thing. Over quite a number of years of servicing and upgrading my 40th anni,  Jason at TLC  has always delivered in spades. I drive away from his workshop totally confident that the work required has been done and to a professional standard. And, I know I haven’t been fleeced. Just today, and at an hour’s notice, Jason found time in his busy booked schedule to accommodate me in sourcing a new relatively rare OEM part at a fantastic price (less than half the price quoted by a dealer, ex Japan!) and fitting the part in short time. That is one example of outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Thanx, Jason, you’re a legend!

First-class 100K service on the Mrs’ Kluger. The workshop was spotless — you could’ve eaten breakfast off the floor. From the moment I booked in to when I collected the keys, everything was handled professionally. The staff were super helpful, clearly explained the service and what to expect next. The throttle body clean made a huge difference to how smoothly the car runs. Shes came out clean too! Couldn’t be happier — highly recommend

These guys are Toyota Landcruiser specialists, and evidencd by the numberof Cruiser in the garage and on the forecourt. From the front desk to the workshop, this place is as clean as a RAAF aircraft hangar. Service was exemplary. Thank you heaps TLC.
